Kelli Ferreri Henne made the personal decision to retire from her very robust 33 year career the Healthcare Space as of mid-January 2022.
Kelli is a proven Senior Executive with vast experience leading Sales and Marketing in Surgical Device, Coronary/Peripheral Vascular, Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Laser, Multispecialty Bio-tech device, as well as, Nutraceuticals.
In January 2020, Kelli joined Nutrafol as their first Chief Sales Officer. During her tenure, she and her sales team captured the market as the #1 Derm recommended claim in the hair growth space. Kelli worked closely with Nutrafol's network of KOL's, Scientific Study candidates across all specialties and initiated programs and emerging technologies, such as portfolio expansion and a successful e-commerce platform (Growth Partners Program) to further grow physician practices, establishing Nutrafol as the Gold Standard. She has scaled the Professional Division and business through expanding the Business Services, Inside Sales and National field-based teams, as well as Training and Sales Operations.
She has deep-rooted expertise in strategic planning and execution, building high performing sales and operations teams, creating incentive programs, customer-centric partnerships. Prior to Nutrafol, Kelli held Executive Leadership roles as Chief Commercial Officer at RegenLab USA, a global leader in medical biotechnologies, specializing in cellular therapies. RegenLab is at the forefront of innovation, with an expertly designed medical device for the preparation of platelet rich plasma from the patient's own blood. She also served as President, North America for Candela, a leading US-based global medical aesthetic device company with technologies that
enable physicians to provide advanced energy-based solutions for a broad range of medical aesthetic applications including benign vascular ad pigmented lesions, scars, hair and tattoo removal, acne, leg veins, cellulite and body shaping.
Kelli held Executive Leadership roles in the Aesthetic Space, at Allergan Plastic Surgery and Medicis Aesthetics. Previously, Kelli was with Abbott Vascular Devices - Coronary and Peripheral Vascular Devices (10 years) and began her Leadership career at US Surgical (11 years).
Kelli is an Industry Advisory to Tepha's Galatea Surgical, Revelle Aesthetics Inc., Nutrafol and Bridging the Gap, between Breast Cancer and Breasthetics. She serves on the Board for Exocel Bio, and AlumierMD.
