Exocel Bio strives to be the leader in the regenerative aesthetic industry, a fast-growing innovating market. While the traditional aesthetic industry is using toxins, fillers, devices and creams to restore beauty, there are not many reliable and consistent regenerative solutions that leverage our own body's regenerative capabilities. Exocel Bio is dedicated to exosomes research and the commercialization for skin and hair rejuvenation. The biotech company manufactures and sells Exovex, a serum of purified exosomes. Exovex is for professional used only and is applied topically post procedure such as microneedling and laser treatments. Our exosomes are packed with precision growth factors and miRNA, which combined with traditional aesthetic procedures allows our customers to making anti-aging a reality.

Summary/Objective

This team member will be responsible for selling Exocel Bio products through both face to face sales as well as digital, online and remote options (zoom, teams, phone etc..) to Med Spa’s and Dermatologist in the US. Due to the scope of this role, it will require an individual who is patient, persuasive, persistent, and has strong communication skills (live/remote), has strong computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote working environment.


As an Account Manager, the role will have two areas of focus:

  • Account Management and Development for all customers in the state of Texas (approx. 50% of time with live engagement)

  • Account Management for a group of existing customers assigned from across the nation you will work with to educate, sell and drive continued Exocel Bio product demand. These customers will be engaged remotelly. (approx. 50% of time with remote engagement)


This role will require a highly-motivated individual with strong business skills and one with the ability to overcome objections in a consultative environment and drive Exovex demand.


Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with targeted aesthetics and regenerative practices within a defined market

  • Contact with new and existing customers to determine practice needs and expanded business opportunities.

  • Introducing Exocel Bio science and products to new accounts

  • Assess clients’ needs and present suitable product options

  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback

  • Provide value and educate our customers look for in regarding our approach, the procedure, and our processes, including all documentation and payment options available.

  • Manage the appropriate follow up with all parties (internal and customer teams)

  • Maintain and develop a strong pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective customers who did not move forward in their initial communication (in other words, be relentless, persistent, and assertive).

Qualifications Requirements

  • Experience successfully selling in in the aesthetics market

  • Experience selling exosomes

  • 2+ years of customer- facing business development experience

Education, License, Certification, or Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion and commitment for delivering exceptional customer service and results

  • Demonstrated high degree of proficiency for creating rapid growth for the customers serviced

  • Is a quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the customer’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team members.

  • Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward.

  • Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

  • Positive outlook and a passion for what we do!

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

Work Environment & Mental and Physical Requirements

  • This job operates primarily in a remote setting with some office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This role routinely uses travel equipment (your vehicle) and requires ability to travel.

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position; move; operate and use required equipment; and reach items

  • Ability to move/transport up to 30 lbs., and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

  • Ability to communicate, converse with others, and exchange information
